What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer low cost shipping but we also offer 48 hours next day delivery for £5.99 inc. VAT. For European orders, shipping is £15.99 exc. VAT.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit / debit card as well as PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

As standard, our delivery is 3 to 5 working days. However, we try our best to get it sooner. If you would like your products sooner, you can get next day delivery at the price stated on shipping.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All payments are handled through a PCI compliant third-party payment processor and we also offer PayPal. We do not store any financial data related to the payment on ourselves.

What exactly happens after ordering?

An order comes through our order centre where our agents will deal with from processing to delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If you are paying online, you will get an email confirmation once the payment has been successful. This email will contain all relevant order information i.e. order number, billing / shipping address, payment date and items ordered.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days providing item has not been opened or used and returned to us. The customer must pay for the return postage. If item is damaged, please contact us at info@statuscarcare.co.uk to arrange replacement or refund. Refunded money will be in customers account within 5 working days of receipt of the item.
